Online Shop Policies
Delivery :
All of our parcels are delivered by Canada Post by Express parcel, where their service is applicable.
Delivery rates:
Canada and US
Order less than $99 - 9.99$
Free Shipping over $99
We do not deliver outside of Canada and US.
Once your order is placed on the site, processing and delivery times vary from 2 to 7 business days.
In the event that your order is returned to us because you did not claim it or if a wrong address was provided at the time of purchase, we will refund your purchase less the applicable delivery fee depending on your purchase. If you want your order sent to you again, you will be charged an additional transportation fee.
Exchanges and Returns :
We don't trade. If you want an item other than the one you received, you will have to return it to us according to the method below and submit a new order, via our website www.shackstory.com. All items purchased through our website can be returned, even those on sale.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
-The article must be in its original state
- A copy of the invoice must be in the return box;
- It must be readable BACK on the box;
- Returned items must be sent to us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase price of the item as well as the applicable taxes, but not the shipping costs.
You are responsible for paying the shipping fee on any return. If you wish, ask us to send you a Canada Post return label. All you need to do is print it out, put it on the return box and drop it off at a post office near you. The fee for this service is approximately $35, depending on your purchase, which we will deduct from the refund.
You can also take the item back to our office by appointment. If this is the case, you can exchange it for an item of equal or greater value only. If you want a refund, our office will only serve as a drop-off point and the refund will be made through the online store.
Please note that, given that we cannot guarantee that your screen settings accurately render the colors, we cannot be held responsible in the event that the color of the received product differs from that displayed on your Screen. The same applies when ordering an item of a size or style that doesn't suit you.
